At Storybook Gardens our Day Camps are all about Play. Our camps are designed to get children engaged in the outdoors and to inspire their imaginations. Storybook’s beautiful park has a unique combination of exciting attractions and natural environments that gives campers a blend of self-directed exploration, counsellor-led play, and traditional camp activities. Your child will be challenged, inspired, and entertained.
2021 Day Camp - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
A modified summer camp program following COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Province of Ontario and Middlesex-London Health Unit, including physical distancing guidelines and group size restrictions. Core program will run 9am-4pm, and families will be assigned drop off times between 8:15am-8:50am and pick up times betwen 4:15pm and 4:45pm.
Camp fee: $185.00
Junior Camp
Junior (4-6 years old) "Core" Camps are offered at Storybook Gardens. The Junior "Core" camps offer pre-planned programming, activities and games as well as the opportunity to access Storybook's magical attractions like Pirate's Island, the Jumping Pillow, the Splash Pad and the Play Village. Core program hours are 9:00am-4:00am. Drop off times will be assigned between 8:15am-8:45am and pick up times will be assigned between 4:15pm-4:30pm.
Specialty Camps - NEW as of SUMMER 2021
Storybook Gardens is excited to be offering two brand new camps this year: Eco Camp and All Sports Camp!
Eco Camp at Civic Gardens Complex
Does your camper love all things nature? Look no further! Join us as we explore the ecological diversity that London has to offer. Based out of Civic Gardens Complex, your camper will explore London’s wildlife, plant and water systems through hands-on experiments, games and activities. Campers will also have the opportunity to visit Storybook Gardens. A great combination of unique educational opportunities and classic Storybook fun! Please note: this camp will operate out of Civic Gardens Complex, and, on occasion, the Guy Lombardo Pavilion (Springbank Pavilion). Core program hours are 9:00am-4:00am. Drop off occurs at 8:45am and pick up occurs at 4:15pm. Drop off and pick up will be done at Civic Gardens, unless, the camp group is at Guy Lombardo Pavilion that day. A detailed schedule with drop off and pick up locations will be sent to families one week prior to the start of camp.
All Sports Camp at Springbank Gardens Community Centre
Are you looking for your camper to become an all-around athlete? Improve their overall health and wellbeing? Or just have fun in a team-oriented environment? Look no further! Join us at All Sports Camp – a recreation-based camp that provides children with a positive and inclusive environment to develop their skills and have fun, all in a safe and regulated environment. Campers will enjoy a week full of sports-related games and activities as well as a trip to Storybook Gardens. Core program hours are 9:00am-4:00am. Drop off times will be assigned between 8:15am-8:45am and pick up times will be assigned between 4:15pm-4:30pm.
To note:
- Field trip forms must be completed for the first day of camp.
- Campers will visit the Thames Valley Golf Course for a 30 minute golf lesson and a quick round of golf! Campers are encouraged to bring their own golf clubs (transportation of clubs will be provided). If campers do not have access to their own clubs, adult-sized clubs will be provided at the golf course. A detailed schedule will be sent to parents/guardians prior to the first day of camp.
